A home inspection report is a snapshot at time of the Home’s physical condition the day of the inspection. Our detailed inspection reports include photos and any material defects/deficiencies we observed on the date/time of the inspection. Included free with your home inspection is a free WDI (wood destroying insect) inspection. We also include a limited pool/spa, pier and beam, septic and well inspection. The wood destroying insect report comes with a with a 1 year warranty.
